1 General Terms & Conditions

Password & Security

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits at v7v can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in BDT. v7v does not charge any additional deposit fees.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

5 Betting Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Refusal to provide KYC information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from legal authorities.
• The user's own request (including self-exclusion).

Balance & Refunds

If an account is suspended due to a rule violation, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited. A decision on returning any valid balance will be made once the investigation is complete.
